Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transfer Policy after the Start of a Course*
Registrants who enroll and pay full tuition may transfer up to one year provided notice is given.  A registrant may transfer once without a transfer fee. Any additional transfers will be subject to a $75 fee.  All credits for paid courses and seminars will expire one year after they are issued.

A 5% service fee is attached to any request to change payment from one credit card to another.

Cancellation and Refund Policy*
Dale Carnegie Training of Central & Southern NJ will provide you with a complete refund if you cancel your enrollment prior to the start of your course or if you do not attend any part of the course.

Refunds will be issued to the student within 45 days from the date of cancellation, or the first day of the course, whichever is earlier.

If you attend all or part of a course, no refund will be provided.

Attendance Policy for Two and Three Day Seminars
To create an optimal learning environment for condensed learning, the class size for our two and three day seminars is limited.  We encourage participants who need to cancel their enrollment to instead send another participant in their place.

Requirements for Certificate of Completion:
To successfully complete your program and receive your Certificate of Completion you need to do the following:

  1. Pay the full tuition.
     
  2. Attend 85% or more of the program sessions for a time-phased program.  For example, if your program is 8 sessions over a period of weeks, you will need to attend at least 7 of the 8 sessions to successfully complete the program.

    For 2 and 3 day programs you will need to attend 100% of the sessions to successfully complete the course.
     
  3. Be declared by the instructors as having participated at a level worthy of receiving a Certificate.
